Description
PRODUCT MADE IN ITALY
Our Fiat 500 F/L/R/Giardinetta tanks are stamped from high-quality sheet metal, galvanized on both sides and 1.2 mm thick (compared to the 0.8 mm thickness of the original Fiat tank). They weigh 6 kg.
They are welded using a PLC-controlled roller welding machine; after welding, in compliance with our high quality standards, they are pressed at 1 bar (atmosphere) and checked in the tank, as each tank must be 100% guaranteed.
The coating is powder coated, which is by far the best protection possible.
Our tank is, in shape and size, absolutely identical to the original model, which has been faithfully reproduced; this guarantees easy and perfect assembly.
We also produce a version of this model made entirely of stainless steel and an aluminium version.
The latter is equipped with a stainless steel float attachment flange, while all other components are made of aluminium.
Both of these tank models are manually welded using the TIG welding system and are powder coated in black.
The stainless steel model weighs 6 kg, while the aluminum one weighs 2 kg; this feature makes it highly recommended for racing setups.
The warranty we provide on these two models, given the exceptional quality of the material, is unlimited. However, as with sheet metal tanks, it does not cover damage resulting from impacts.
