- Body: Threaded, impact extruded, black anodized, CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Surface is three times harder than standard aluminum and increases durability
- Pad: Replaceable Delrin® strike pad adds additional protection from debris or dust
- Shaft: Hard chrome plated 1-1/4" 4130 steel with Internal Floating
- Piston: (IFP) separates the oil and nitrogen to prevent cavitation and bucking, heavy-duty powdered steel
- Fox Air Valve (FAV) - located at the bottom of the shaft for easy access to change the pressure and thanks to that change the bottom-out resistance
- Seals: contains main seal, wiper seal, scraper seal. Better protection from debris or dust
- Oil: JM92 Advanced Suspension Fluid for improved performance at variable temperatures adjustments
